  REPORTED ROUTE 7 FLOODED BETWEEN CALVARY ROAD AND RIVERSIDE PARKWAY 
  NEAR JAMES RUN. HEAVY RAIN HAS NOW ENDED...SO THE STREAM FLOODING 
  SHOULD BE LOCALIZED AND SUBSIDE BY EARLY EVENING.
