Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Cincinnati Reds pitcher Mat Latos had an
arthroscopic procedure performed on his right elbow last week, the team's
official site reported Wednesday.
Latos underwent the surgery, which involved the removal of bone chips, this
