WUSA 9 Meteorologist Howard Bernstein says between 2" and 5"of snow fell. Roads will be slick Friday as temperatures remain well below freezing through Saturday morning.
Wind chills will remain in the single digits all day Friday as temperatures hold steady in the upper teens and mid twenties. Winds will diminish Friday night but not before they gust 40-50 mph Friday morning.
