WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Looking for a kid-friendly activity or destination this summer? You may want to refer to this list from AAA's editors. Friday, AAA released its Top Picks For Kids in D.C., breaking options down by age.

For those under 13 years old, AAA editors recommend:

  • National Museum of Natural History 
  • National Mall
  • Rock Creek Park Nature Center and Planetarium
For teens, editors suggest:           
  • National Postal Museum
  • Georgetown
  • Hard Rock Cafe

Then, there are fun sites and activities for people of all age groups. AAA recommends:

  • Washington Monument
  • National Air and Space Museum
  • National Cherry Blossom Festival
  • Lincoln Memorial
  • National Zoological Park
