GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WUSA) -- Anne Arundel County Police seized various weapons at a man's home after he trespassed a high school in Glen Burnie.

On Monday, 25-year-old Justin Matthew Beaumont was seen trying to force his way into North County High School, located at 10 1st Ave. East, when a custodial employee noticed him, police say.

The employee quickly alerted the school officer but Beaumont was able to get into the school by following an employee into the building near the school's loading dock, police say.

The school officer quickly located Beaumont, who was identified after his arrest, and escorted him to the school's office where an investigation began.

No weapons or any illegal items were found on the 25-year-old when he was searched, however, an empty handgun holster was found in his car.

Beaumont told the officer he was a former student at the school and that he had been a victim  of bullying. He also asked about school security and referenced his previous military experience.

Beaumont was charged with trespassing on posted property and was later released.

Due to Beaumont's responses during the interview, police served a search warrant at his home where they found several guns: an AK-47, loaded with a 30-round clip; an unloaded Uzi; an unloaded 22-caliber handgun; two unloaded 8MM bolt-action rifles; a 9MM barrel with a silencer; a handgun with a laser scope;and numerous boxes of ammunition.

All the weapons are legally owned but were seized pending additional investigations, Anne Arundel County Police say.

Beaumont now undergoing medical treatment.
