NOKESVILLE, Va. (WUSA9) -- A man had a charge against him stemming from a fight at a party last year reduced and dismissed, according to Virginia court records.
In October 2012, Brian Reesed Antos of Nokesville was arrested after police say he got into an argument with another man at a party in the 13000 block of Nokesville Road. Police said that Antos and his acquaintances started assaulting the man and he was knocked to the ground. Police reported that the group proceeded to beat up the man before deciding to disperse and leave the area. According to police, the man suffered non life-threatening injuries and was able to call police.
Antos, who was 19 at the time, was identified as a suspect and charged with assault by mob. According to Virginia court records it was reduced to assault and battery, which was later dismissed.
