BALTIMORE (AP) - A man who made and sold unauthorized copies of DVD movies and CD music in his office at the National Archives has been sentenced to 10 weekends in prison.

Fifty-four-year-old Timajin Nell of Suitland was also sentenced to six months of home detention on Friday.

According to his plea agreement, Nell, who worked at the National Archives building in College Park, used his government email address to sell copyrighted and pre-release movies on DVD, as well as CDs.

Prosecutors say Nell used his personal and work computers to illegally reproduce copyrighted materials, using his office to store DVDs, and his government computer to store music files.
