Jessica Doyle is in week four of her Couch to 5K program, a slow and steady method for getting fit enough to run a 5K.
Week Four's routine:
-- 5 minute warm up
-- Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 2 minutes
-- Jog for 4 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
-- Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 3 minutes.
-- 5 minute cool down
This week Jessica stayed inside, as the weather got colder and darker. But Steve Dolge, owner of Second Wind Training in Upper Northwest, says there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes. He shares his tips in this interview.
