FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- A Shenandoah County, Va. man has been arrested in a fatal hit and run accident from August.
Fairfax Police say that 22-year-old Malik Tayvon Battle of Strasburg, Va. is charged with striking 52-year-old James Ralph Davidson, who was walking across Fairfax Boulevard on August 18 at approximately 1:15 a.m. The car hit him in the eastbound lanes in the 9800 block.
