RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Three days of panel discussions and speeches on energy policy are set in Richmond.
The third annual Governor's Conference on Energy opens Tuesday in Richmond with a panel of experts discussing the balance between energy, the environment and the economy. It wraps up Thursday with a speech by the conference host, Gov. Bob McDonnell.
In between, there will be presentations by officials from the Southern States Energy Board, Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection, the Center for Advanced Engineering and Research, and others.
