WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Passengers traveling between the Vienna and East Falls Church metro stops this weekend will be taken by buses to their destination, WMATA informed.
The stops on the orange line will be closed due to testing associated with the Silver Line extension, some delays are expected. Crews will begin working on Friday at 10 p.m. until metro closing on Sunday.
The remaining orange line stops will operate every 16 from East Falls Church to New Carrollton.
The WMATA press release stated: "On Friday and Saturday nights, the last Orange Line train from East Falls Church to New Carrollton will depart at 2:35 a.m.; on Sunday night, the last train will depart East Falls Church at 11:35 a.m."
