Fire Officials Respond To Oxygen Tank Incident In Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) -- Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services say some oxygen tanks had just been filled at a building the 2100 block of Fairland Rd. when several people reported hearing noise coming from the tanks on Friday afternoon. 

Fire officials have stopped some of the oxygen leaking into the air. A spokesperson says none of the oxygen is getting inside the structure. 

No one was injured and there were no evacuations during the incident.
