DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. (WUSA) -- A man is wanted for robbing two banks in two months in Prince George's County. Police have released photos of him from each incident in hopes someone will have information that could lead to his arrest.
The most recent robbery happened Thursday at 1:20 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank in the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road in District Heights. Police say the man implied to a teller that he had a weapon and demanded money. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money.
Police say the same suspect implied he had a bomb on August 22 at 12:35 p.m. when he went up to the teller at the M&T Bank in the 6300 block of Kirby Road in Clinton. The teller in that incident also gave him money.
