WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) - D.C. residents say city services are only "average" but they are improving.
That's according to a new web- based service that allows the Mayor and department heads to gauge what some citizens say they are getting for their tax dollars.
Bruce Johnson has seen the report card and has gone a step further to actually talk to people at the DMV today. See the attached video to see what some of them had to say. He said that the web-based service does plan to include more agencies for the public to grade--and those running the service believe D.C. is the only city to do this.
