Kids Shot By Pellet Gun At Va. Middle School

CHANTILLY, Va. (WUSA) -- Fairfax County Police say two students at Rocky Run Middle School in Chantilly were shot by a pellet gun on Friday morning.

The shooting happened at the school at 4400 Stringfellow Road around 9:56 a.m. The students, 13 and 14 years of age, were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A group of teens were detained about half an hour after the shooting was reported and police recovered the pellet gun, say officials.
