The throttle trigger may stick after it has been released by the operator, which could cause the engine to continue to run at a speed that drives the saw chain. The company has received three reports of throttle trigger stickers. No injuries have been reported. The product was sold at authorized STIHL dealers nationwide from February 2004 to August 2009. The leg warmers and socks have a heart applique that can detach, posing a choking hazard to small children. The company has received one report of an infant choking on the applique.
