The following recalls have been announced:

-- About 20,000 Rice Krispies Treats Holiday Village Kits, manufactured by Brand Castle of Cleveland and distributed to Michaels Stores Inc. in the U.S. and Canada, because the icing component of the kit contains undeclared egg. People who have allergies to egg run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product; one allergic reaction has been reported. The product comes in a 23.5-ounce cardboard package, marked with a UPC Code of 8-44527-02106-9 and with expiration dates of 15 Oct 2012; 16 Oct 2012; and 02 Nov 2012. --About 5,000 "MS 361C" chain saws manufactured by STIHL Inc. of Virginia Beach, Va. The throttle trigger may stick after it has been released by the operator, which could cause the engine to continue to run at a speed that drives the saw chain. The company has received three reports of throttle trigger stickers. No injuries have been reported. The product was sold at authorized STIHL dealers nationwide from February 2004 to August 2009. --About 4,500 baby leg warmers and socks distributed by BabyUnited LLC dba BabyLegs of Seattle. The leg warmers and socks have a heart applique that can detach, posing a choking hazard to small children. The company has received one report of an infant choking on the applique. The recall involves warmers and socks with the heart-shaped applique. The product was manufactured in China, and sold online and at independent retailers from August to November.
