FBI search for 'Beacon Hill Bandit'

MOUNT VERNON, Va. (WUSA9) -- The FBI are looking for a suspect in connection to a bank robbery in Va.

The suspect went to the TD Bank at 6615 Richmond Highway around 11:00 a.m., demanded money and left an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. 

The robber has been dubbed 'Beacon Hill Bandit' and the FBI believe has may be responsible for robbing a bank four times between March 2010 and July 2013, all of which happened at the TD Bank on 6615 Richmond Highway in Alexandria. 

The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, wearing a yellow work vest, yellow pants and blue and gray ball cap. He could also possibly be driving a white, four-door car, police said.

The FBI is offering up to $5,000 for any information that leads to his identification, arrest and conviction. Anyone with information is advised to call Police at 703-691-2131.
