6 cars struck with BB pellet in Ashburn, charges pending

ASHBURN, Va. (WUSA9) -- Early Friday morning, deputies found several cars with damaged windows in Ashburn. They say the damage was caused by a BB pellet.

Deputies responded to Ferncliff Ter. and Louisa Dr. shortly before 2:15 a.m. on Friday for a report of several damaged vehicles, say Loudoun County sheriff's office authorities.

Authorities say a search revealed six vehicles with their windows damaged after they were struck by a BB pellet.

Following a traffic stop on a suspect vehicle in the area, authorities say they have identified a suspect and charges are pending.
