WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Three West Springfield High School boys were charged with child pornography in February. We now know two of the teens charged in the case entered pleas to charges of "unlawful filming", but the youngest teen charged -- who is 15 year old -- did not take a plea, according to his lawyer. So, the trial is proceeding.
In February, a defense attorney says the 10 videos ranged from 10 seconds to 3 minutes and involved sexual combinations of the three boys and six girls who are all high school students at either West Springfield or Robinson and Lake Braddock Secondary Schools. According to the defense attorney, the videos were all taken on a boy's cell phone over the course of the past year. The attorney told WUSA 9 that the boys only shared videos with each other. Two other attorneys released a statement in February saying that no images or videos were posted on the Internet.
Peggy Fox will have more on the trial on WUSA 9 at 5 p.m.
