FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (WUSA9) -- Fredericksburg police say they charged a man after his neighbors complained he had taped photos showing nudity to the outside of his apartment door.
Sixty-eight-year-old James Albert Frost was arrested Wednesday night near his home at Cobblestone Apartments and charged with unlawful display of obscene materials, say police.
According to police, neighbors started complaining about Frost shortly after he moved into the building in February. Police say the photographs showed full frontal female nudity and could be seen easily by other residents who use the shared hallway. Additionally, Frost reportedly made disturbing, inappropriate sexual remarks to some neighbors.
Frost is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
Police say they continue to investigate and want anyone with information concerning James Albert Frost to call Detective Ben Johnson at 540-654-5792.
