RESTON, Va. (WUSA 9) -- Loudoun County Sheriff's Office authorities say that tips from the public led them to a man believed to be involved in a robbery at a Bank of America in the Countryside area.

Twenty-one-year-old Tevin D. Morris of Reston is accused of robbing the Bank of America in the Regal Plaza in the CountrySide area shortly after 11 a.m. on February 14, say authorities. According to authorities, Morris allegedly handed the teller a note demanding cash and implying he had a weapon. Authorities say he then left the bank with cash.

After detectives received several tips about the bank robber's identity, authorities arrested Morris on Monday afternoon. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, say authorities.

Authorities say they continue to investigate the bank robbery and would like to hear from anyone with any information regarding this case. If you have information, please call Detective M. Bush of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
