FRANCONIA, Va. (WUSA) -- Fairfax County Police are investigating a possible 13th groper incident after a woman was fondled Thursday morning.

Police say at approximately 9 a.m. Thursday, a woman was walking on Floyd Avenue near Erving Street when a man ran up behind her and fondled her. The man then fled.

The man was described as 5  feet six inches tall and Hispanic. He wore faded green pants, a black knit cap, a green jacket, and had a close-cut beard.  This description is similar to the suspect described in other incidents.

Wednesday, we reported the Springfield-area groper was believed to have attacked another woman as on Tuesday morning while she was jogging on Blarney Stone Drive near Omega Court. In that case, he groped her, then she punched him and he fled the area.
