Utility Crews Find Possible Pipe Bomb In Arlington, Va.

ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) -- Authorities are investigating what utility crews believe to be a pipe bomb, the Arlington County Police Spokesperson said.

Arlington County Police and the county's bomb squad got a call on Wednesday at about 4:30 p.m. about the suspicious find. The crew found what they describe as eight PVC pipes labeled with the word "ammunition," while digging at Carlin Springs Road and N. Kensington Street, the spokesperson said.

The spokesperson added that bomb squad is investigating the contents of the pipes.
