FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- American Red Cross workers are deploying to regions affected by Hurricane Sandy. Friday morning they are heading out from their Regional Disaster Coordination Center in Fairfax to West Virginia.
West Virginia residents suffered massive power outages as a result of the Sandy related snowfall. Parts of the region received more than three feet.
