OCCOQUAN, Va. (WUSA) -- Virginia State Police are on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash that has blocked lanes of northbound I-95, causing a traffic back-up for the Friday morning commute.
Police say two to three vehicles collided around 5:25 a.m. on northbound I-95 just north of the Occoquan, near the 161 mile-marker.
The crash response at the scene blocked two left lanes of traffic in the area. Although those lanes have since reopened, the damage has been done and delays remain in the area. Police activity has moved to the left shoulder.
No serious injuries have been reported.
