Wild horse born at Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute

A female Przewalski's horse was born on July 27, say scientists. It's the first of the wild horse species to be born via artificial insemination. The filly is in good health and bonding with its mother, Anne. Photos here are courtesy of Doloros Reed, Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute.
