2 Men Rescued From The Monocacy River

FREDERICK, Md.(WUSA) -- The Monocacy River is experience high water levels at 21 feet, Tuesday evening after Superstorm Sandy hit. The flood stage is at 15 feet. Two men had to be rescued today after attempting to float down the river on an inflatable raft.
