WASHINGTON (WUSA 9) -- So far, it appears both sides can't agree on a deal to end sequestration.

On Tuesday, retired Navy Rear Admiral Casey Coane, the executive director of the Association of the U.S. Navy, talked to us about the impact on the military. According to Coane, basic flight training will be halted this month, some ship and aircraft maintenance is cancelled as well as 8 more ship deployments. See the other consequences of sequestration on the Navy in the video.
