DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (WXIA) -- 11Alive News reports that Andrea Sneiderman, widow of Rusty Sneiderman who was killed by Hemy Neuman outside a Dunwoody daycare center in November 2010, has been arrested at her parents' home in Putnam County.

Sneiderman was taken into custody without incident at 131 Blue Heron Drive at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Putnam County authorities assisted agents from the DeKalb County District Attorney's office. She was taken to jail and arrived shortly before noon.

DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James during a press conference on Thursday afternoon stated that a grand jury filed an eight-count indictment against Andrea Sneiderman. Charges include racketeering, attempted murder, malice murder, insurance fraud, two counts of giving a false statement and two counts of perjury. James told the crowd he was "confident" in bringing these charges against Sneiderman and said that he and Assistant D.A. Don Geary are prepared to try her.
James said no arraignment date has been set for Sneiderman.
