United Ranks Lowest In Airline Customer Satisfaction

WASHINGTON (WUSA) --  The friendly skies aren't too friendly these days. When it comes to customer satisfaction, United ranks the lowest out of the major airlines.

The rankings are from the American Customer Satisfaction Index. On a 100 point scale, United is lowest at 62. It operates the most flights in and out of our region.

US airways and Delta have 65 points. Southwest got a 77 while Jet Blue received an 81.
