Ryan Cayer charged with possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia
SEVERN, Md. (WUSA9) -- Two men and a juvenile were charged after a police officer smelled suspected marijuana emanating from their vehicle on Tuesday morning.
According to Anne Arundel County Police, an officer stopped a black Honda Pilot SUV in the cul-de-sac of Huguenot Court in Severn after the report of a suspicious vehicle in the area at 4 a.m.
Police say the officer smelled suspected marijuana coming from the vehicle after making contact with the occupants. Police say 26.9 grams of suspected marijuana in bags, a large glass smoking device and cash were found during a search.
Eighteen year olds Christian Sterling Michaels of Annapolis and Ryan Tyler Cayer of Severn as well as a 17-year-old male were charged with Possession of CDS, Possession with the Intent to Distribute CDS, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, according to police.
