WHEATON, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police have released a composite sketch of a man responsible for an assault in Wheaton on Sept 10.
The incident occurred at around 10:05 p.m., when a 36-year-old female had been assault while she was jogging around the 1700 block of Poplar Run Drive. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and ran away after he heard the victim's boyfriend approach, police said.
Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his late 20's, about 5'7 tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He had medium-length, wavy, black hair and no facial hair. He was seen wearing a gray hoodie over a white t-shirt, black basketball shorts, and sneakers, police said.
