WALDORF, Md. (WUSA9) -- Authorities say a four-year-old boy died two days after he was injured in a car crash in Waldorf.
Authorities say Darius Harsha of Waldorf died on Wednesday morning as a result of injuries he sustained in a car crash that occurred on Monday in the 9500 block of Billingsley Road in Waldorf.
Harsha and two siblings were riding in his mom's car when she lost control of her car and struck a tree.
She was flown to Washington Hospital Center where she was admitted with non life-threatening injuries, say authorities. Her children were flown to Children's National Medical Center where they were admitted in critical condition. The other two children's injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, but Darius Harsha's injuries were life threatening and he died shortly after midnight on Wednesday.
