Wayne Glymph Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Drug Trafficking

GREENBELT, Md. (WUSA9) -- A Fort Washington man was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Friday for drug trafficking.

According to court documents, Wayne Glymph, 46, was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute PCP, cocaine, and heroin; and being a felon in possession of ammunition.

According to his guilty plea, beginning in 2011, Glymph and other conspirators sold PCP, heroin and crack to drug customers in Prince George's County, Md., and in the D.C. area.

Court documents revealed that Glymph and others used an apartment and a bowling alley in Temple Hills, Md., to distribute and store drugs, and was responsible for distributing between one and three kilograms of PCP, between 28 and 112 grams of crack, and between 400 and 700 grams of heroin.

Officials say a total of 10 defendants have pleaded guilty to date to charges arising from the drug conspiracy.
