(WUSA9) -- Montgomery County Police say Crime Solvers is now offering a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest and/or indictment of the person responsible for a fatal hit and run in Wheaton.
Marlyn Eres Ali was struck and killed in the area of Connecticut Avenue and Randolph Road between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday. Police say Ali legally crossed the northbound lanes of Connecticut Avenue while crossing in an unmarked crosswalk, but was struck while trying to make it across the southbound lanes.
Police believe the car was a late 90's to early 2000's Toyota Corolla (color unknown).
