BETHESDA, MD (WUSA) -- The tree that came through my roof was far from the end of the destruction wrought on my home.
For weeks since Superstorm Sandy nearly destroyed by house, I've been watching a restoration crew pull out rain-soaked furniture, carpeting, drywall, insulation, and flooring.
Now there is finally some sign that we're coming back. A framing crew has been re-building the roof, stronger and better than before.
And I've been learning the value of lists.
