GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WUSA) -- A suspect has been arrested for an assault on four people at a Glen Burnie apartment building where a fire also occurred on Thursday.

Anne Arundel County Police say 20-year-old Toriano Avery Angibeau of Glen Burnie assaulted four people during an altercation inside and outside of the apartment building in the 7800-block of Tall Pines Court. No one was seriously injured, but Angibeau was charged with four counts of second degree assault.

Officers responded to the reported assault on Thursday shortly before 3 a.m. and learned about an argument during a party spilled out into a parking lot. At some point someone received an injury to his or her face and was taken to a local hospital, but refused treatment.

Firefighters also arrived for a reported fire at the same apartment building. Fire marshal's office authorities say the fire now appears to be related to the assault, but authorities did not provide any other details.

The Fire Marshall's Office continues to investigate.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 410-222-6145.
