WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Monday, police arrested a D.C. man for a homicide in the 2300 block of Alabama Avenue, SE from June.
According to police officials, 25-year-old Howard Bruce Randolph was arrested on a warrant charging him with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Rayshawn Hailstock.
Hailstock, who was 21 years old and from Northeast D.C., died in June. According to police, On June 30 at approximately 8:25 p.m., officers were flagged down and told there was a fight in progress and an unconscious male in the 2300 block of Alabama Avenue, SE. They found Hailstock lying on the ground.
DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel transported him to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
