The man had been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a fire at 9:05 p.m Thursday at a townhouse in the 8600 block of Venoy Ct.
Officials have identified the man as 54-year-old Clifford Johns. They say the medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of his death.
Authorities said fire was found coming from the second floor bedroom window. Everyone else inside the home was able to make it out safely, according to authorities.
