WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police are looking for the robber who snuck up behind his victim and used a Taser on Tuesday night.
Police say at 10 p.m. Tuesday, a man used a Taser on someone in the 1500 block of 34th Street NW and fled with the victim's cell phone, change and wallet.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries, say police.
The suspect was described as a black male, 5'10", 140 to 16 pounds. Police say he was wearing a black jacket, black jeans, black bandana and carrying a black backpack.
