A wax figure of Whitney Houston goes on display at Madame Tussauds D.C. on Tuesday after four figures were unveiled in New York earlier this week. Officials say that the figure of the singer in her outfit for the "Star Spangled Banner" performance at Super Bowl XXV -- white track suit with red, white and blue detailing and white headband -- can be viewed at 11 a.m. at the building on F & 10th Streets NW.
