(WUSA9/USA Today) -- A blizzard pounded the Northeast, cutting power and leaving over three feet of snow in some areas.
Blizzard warnings have expired in some areas and residents are now digging their way out of the snow.
"Victory! And now to the emergency room, my back, my back," Hugo Balta, of West Hartford, Connecticut posted on Facebook after shoveling his car out of the snow.
