(WUSA) -- The Maryland Transit Administration reports that Train 841 on the Camden Line has been terminated at the Greenbelt station because a tree is lying across the track.

Riders who were on the train were transferred to Train 843, which was expected to have a delay of up to a half an hour.

MTA officials say the Camden Line Train 842 is running 20 to 30 minutes late.

Train 840 will originate at Muirkirk instead of Union Station, according to officials.
