ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA) -- Alexandria police say a woman was jogging on a path on Wednesday morning when she was grabbed from behind. The jogger managed to get away from the man.
The incident happened at 6 a.m. on the bike path near Holmes Run Parkway. When the woman was grabbed, she screamed, broke free and ran away, according to police.
She was not injured, say police.
The man was last seen walking on the bike path towards Van Dorn Street. He is described as a medium to darker skinned male, approximately 5'6" tall and he was wearing a dark colored jacket.
