WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) -- A woman who didn't want her name used says her house guest and other neighbors saw and heard the latest attack.
A man screamed, "You have my cell phone, what more do you want". He was talking to his assailant, who took his personal belongings, knocked him to the ground then continued the attack.
Police say the victim received minor injures. They are looking for two suspects-one of them armed with a hand gun.
The latest attack occurred Tuesday morning at about 2:30, in the 400 block of North Carolina Avenue on Capitol Hill--Three blocks from where 29 year old Thomas Maslin was beaten unconscious and robbed in August.
Maslin's attackers are still at large. They were caught on gas station security video using his credit card at a nearby Exxon station.
D.C. and U.S Capitol police patrol the area. But they have not linked the two attacks.
Residents in the area are clearly upset, and describe the area as a great neighborhood.
