Gabby Douglas Inspires Twitter Land, Oprah, Lil' Wayne

(USA TODAY) -- Gabby Douglas' gold-medal victory in the all-around has resonated with the biggest names in entertainment. Among the congratulatory tweets from her 367,027 followers, there were "happy tears" from Oprah and a huge shoutout from one of her favorite rappers, Lil' Wayne.

He wrote, "Glad i lived to see what Gabby Douglas did in the Olympics. Icon."

Even Olympic royalty chimed in. Michael Phelps wrote, "Congrats to @gabrielledoug last night!!! We watched from the pool!!! #USA."

At 4'9", Douglas is the shortest member of the USA's 530-member team, but at the moment no one is standing taller.
