PURCELLVILLE, Va. (WUSA) -- Loudoun County authorities say a 17-year-old boy and girl were found in Arkansas earlier this week in a car that was reported stolen in Purcellville on Sunday.
According to authorities, the teens are accused of entering a home and taking keys to a van that was later reported stolen from Deerbrook Lane. Authorities say money and electronics were also taken from other vehicles in the area.
The boy, who is from Stafford, and the girl, who is from Spotsylvania County, were found on Monday. They are in custody at a juvenile detention center in Arkansas. Authorities say juvenile petitions are pending in Loudoun County.
