UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA) -- A man was arrested this week for allegedly shooting another man during a robbery attempt in February in Temple Hills, Md.

Authorities with the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office say that they arrested Hakim Johnson on an attempted first degree murder charge and other charges on Tuesday.
The shooting happened on February 14 in the 2300 block of Southern Avenue. Authorities say they tried several times to locate Johnson and finally found him in the 9600 block of Muirkirk Rd in Laurel, Md. At that time, he tried to jump off of a balcony before he was caught by deputies and members of the US Marshals Service.
Johnson was charged with attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, firearm use, armed robbery, robbery, first degree assault, handgun in vehicle and handgun on person.
He is being held without bond.
