FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA) -- Authorities with the Frederick County Sheriff's Office say a Tuscarora High School administrator was emailed a bomb threat Monday.
Around 11:30 a.m., school officials and Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a "visual search" of the school property on Ballenger Creek Pike. They didn't find any explosive devices and the school was not evacuated.
Later in the evening, a Maryland State Police K-9 unit also scanned the building but found no devices, reported the Frederick County Sheriff's Office authorities.
Authorities are still investigating. If you have any information, call the tip line at 301-600-4131.
