The Children's Place has a 30 percent off coupon that ou can use through Thursday.

And, go to Macy's website, sign up to be on their catalog list, get a code to save $10 off a $25 purchase.

If your holiday shopping takes you to points along the East Coast, getting there will be a lot cheaper. 

Starting next month, Megabus will bring its low-cost service to Washington.

Ticket prices begin at $1, but will increase as the travel date nears.

And, if you want to checkout the sales before you get to your destination, the buses are equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets in case you need to recharge your Smartphone's battery.

The express bus service already serves more than 40 other U.S. cities.

Twas the night before Black Friday, and the hotels were stuffed with shoppers.

Extreme bargain hunters are booking hotel rooms near malls and shopping centers so they can be the first to storm through the doors when stores open in the dark of morning the Friday after Thanksgiving.

And hotels are taking notice.  In our area, the Courtyard by Marriott, The Crowne Plaza and The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner have shopping packages starting tat $99 to $279 a night.

The deals also include breakfast, coupons and other amenities.

It's the hottest gift many of us will unwrap during the holidays.

e-Readers are poised to be one of the biggest sellers this season. 

A recent consumer survey finds 10 percent of adults plan to give a digital reader as a gift this year.

And Forrester Research predicts there will be 10.3 million of the devices in circulation by the end of the year.
